Antonio Garrido
Antonio Garrido, Chairman & CEO
For over 30 years Mr.Garrido has been directly responsible for arranging financing and acquisitions in excess of €1.6 billion.
These activities include financing for major luxury urbanizations, multi-family, hotels and other asset classes. Among the many luxury urbanizations
that Mr. Garrido has helped finance includes Sotogrande, the first urbanization to hold the Ryder Cup outside of the U.S.A and the UK, Montecastillo Golf Resort,
San Roque Club and Doña Julia. Outside of Spain Mr.Garrido has helped finance La Moraleja (Argentina) one of the major factory producers of lemon
in the world for the CocaCola Company, Cap Cana (Dominican Republic) a luxury urbanization supported by The Trump Group, as well as Green Valley (Panama)
an eco-friendly resort and Gran Natal Golf (Brazil). His clients have included some of the largest real estate developers in Spain and Latin-America.
Mr. Garrido is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trust (NAREIT), member of the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA),
member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) and member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) at the Madrid Chapter.
Mr. Garrido is country Manager in Spain for The Conference Board of New York since the past 20 years, President of the Spanish Association of Financial Advisors,
President of the Business Confederation Europe-Africa and President of the Spanish Golf Course Owners Association.
Mr. Garrido is board member of the Financial Club of Genova in Madrid (Spain) and the Madrid Association of Economist,
member of the Spanish Institute of Financial Analyst, the Spanish Association of Finance and the Spanish Association of Executives in Business.
Mr.Garrido holds a bachelor degree in LAW and a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Jesuits University in Madrid.
Mr.Garrido is an official Chartered Public Accountant of the Ministry of Economy in the Spanish government and a professor of the Complutense University in Madrid.

Jonathan Labella
Jonathan Labella, Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Labella is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for America Spain Mortgage REIT Company. Mr. Labella is a graduate
and an All American Athlete from Union University where he received a bachelor degree in Economics/Finance and he is also
a graduate from University of California at Sacramento where he received a MBA.
Subsequently finishing his graduate degree Mr. Labella relocated to the NYC metropolitan area and started to work in Real Estate Finance,
first with the primary mortgage market and later moved on for a position operating within the secondary mortgage market. Subsequently the
financial recession in 2008 Mr. Labella moved on working with the Capital Markets specifically in the equity research space.
After spending a few years in that space he eventually returned to the Mortgage Backed Security industry where he has continued.
Mr. Labella brings an extensive experience and expertise within the capital markets and mortgage industry,
he has also completed specific course work covering risk management, business valuation, structured financial analysis and continuing
education studies related to MBS and CMBS. Also, being native Spanish and Swedish is another value added that Mr. Labella brings to the company.

Raquel Garrido-Lestache
Raquel Garrido-Lestache, Head of Investor Relations
Raquel Garrido-Lestache, Head of Investor Relations, has been in the Real Estate Business for the past eight years.
During this time she has had the primary responsibility for managing relationships with investors, lenders and borrowers.
Raquel has received a Master’s in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale as well
as a bachelor degree of Science in Communication from the University of Miami.
Raquel has extensive experience in real estate investments and developments with expertise in client
analysis and strategic planning. Raquel is a fellow rotary of Marbella.

Fernando Garrido
Fernando Garrido, Head of Risk Management
Mr. Garrido is Head of Risk Management of ASMREIT. Mr. Garrido specializes in analysis and risk management applied
to the real estate finance world. Hence, he directs and develops the efforts in detecting, evaluating and analyzing
potential risks and opportunities of potential deals for ASMREIT.
Prior to joining ASMREIT, Mr. Garrido worked for Verintel, a prestigious business intelligence firm in Spain,
as well as for The Conference Board Branch in Spain & Portugal.
Mr. Garrido received a Bachelor in Business Administration from Fordham University and a
Master´s Degree in Economic Intelligence from the Autonomous University of Madrid, Spain.
